This project endeavors to extend a helping hand to the people that are in need. and the veterans living in Seattle and King County. Our team has offered help in various forms through different stages throughout its journey. Starting in 2012, we focused on education and job placement as we partnered with the Millionaire Club Charity, a non-profit organization that addresses homelessness in the Seattle community. As a result, we successfully provided long-term employment to 5 members. We also recycled CityU’s computers for their use and we had a community donation drive for work clothing. Currently, we are developing janitorial and moving enterprises that will allow the individuals and families that are experiencing housing instability to become professional janitors and movers and get full-time jobs.
